You must be extremely courteous, professional and helpful to our Customers and work colleagues. * You are expected to be flexible and undertake reasonable additional duties as required by the Development Manager, Concierge or Property Manager. * To report any defect or health and safety concern, no matter what its nature, to Development Manager. * Whilst on duty you should be of tidy personal appearance and wearing the uniform and identification badge provided. * No smoking, swearing or shouting whilst on duty. No watching TV, sleeping, eating or congregating with others in any communal areas or conducting yourself in a manner deemed unsuitable by members of senior staff.
